Over the past 18 months, North Avon Carpentry have undertaken a major
refurbishment of our home involving a large rear extension, the creation of an open
plan living area, a full loft conversion and a significant exterior decking area. The
refurbishment also involved significant re-modelling of the existing house, namely the
removal of a chimney stack from roof to ground level and supporting interior and
exterior walls to create the open plan area.

Throughout the project, North Avon conducted themselves professionally, working
harmoniously with other 3rd party contractors involved in the project and forming
good working relationships with other parties eg the building regs people.

Ian in particular has displayed an intelligent, perceptive and pragmatic approach to the
challenges of the project and we have been very pleased with his craftsmanship,
especially with respect to the loft stairs for which he faithfully reproduced replicas of
the existing banisters, newell posts and spindles. Finally, we have been very pleased
with North Avon's reliable and tidy working practices.

We used Northavon carpentry to carry out a complete roof rebuild and loft conversion. They were really

helpful leading up to and during the job, assisting with design issues and providing effective solutions to

any problems occurring. Ian and his team were reliable, flexible and committed to getting the job finished,
